1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PharmKit (the "Service"), operated by Zajaly LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PharmKit provides clinical pharmacology calculators, simulators, and AI-powered interpretation tools designed for educational and research purposes. The Service includes free-tier calculators, credit-based AI interpretation, and programmatic API access.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The Service is provided for educational and research purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calculations and AI interpretations should always be verified independently by qualified healthcare professionals before use in any clinical, regulatory, or research context.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculations or interpretations for clinical decision-making. Clinical decisions must never be based solely on outputs from this platform.
4. User Accounts
Calculator tools are accessible without an account. To access AI interpretation, calculation history, favorites, and API features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
5. Credit System and Payments
Free-tier users receive 5 AI interpretation credits per day. Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) provide additional credits as described on our Pricing page. Credit costs per tool are displayed in the tool interface and may vary by tool complexity. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
6. API Usage
API access is available to Team and Enterprise subscribers. API keys must be kept confidential. You may not share, sell, or distribute API keys. Rate limits apply as described in our API Documentation. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to make clinical decisions without independent verification
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond API usage
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and trademarks on PharmKit are the property of Zajaly LLC. Calculation results and AI interpretations generated for you may be used in your own research and reports with attribution. The underlying tools, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAJALY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON CALCULATIONS OR AI INTERPRETATIONS.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
