Common Errors and Solutions
Quick fixes for the most common issues on Pharazi.ai.
Calculation Failed
One or more input values are outside valid ranges.
Fix:
- Check all input fields for red validation borders
- Ensure values are positive numbers (unless the field explicitly allows negatives)
- Check that units are correct (mg vs g, L vs mL)
AI Interpretation Unavailable
You have reached your daily credit limit, or the AI service is temporarily down.
Fix:
Look at your credit balance in the top navigation (shield icon). If zero, wait for the daily reset at midnight UTC.
If credits are available, try refreshing the page with Ctrl+Shift+R. The AI service auto-recovers within 1–2 minutes during outages.
Run the calculator without AI interpretation — you will still get numerical results and can request interpretation later.
Session Expired
Your authentication session timed out (sessions last 7 days).
Re-authenticate
Click Sign In to log back in.
Check your history
Your calculation history is preserved — nothing is lost.
Recover unsaved work
If you had unsaved work, check the browser Back button — form data may be cached.
Page Not Loading / Blank Screen
Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
Settings → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
Try opening Pharazi.ai in a private/incognito window to rule out browser extensions.

PDF Export Not Downloading
This is usually caused by a pop-up blocker. Allow pop-ups for pharazi.ai in your browser settings, or right-click the Download button and choose Save link as.
